Members Club & Fashion Incubator

The Members Club & Fashion Incubator is proposed for Dubai as a calm place where people in the fashion industry can meet and work together. Its five buildings would sit around a central pool: reception and retail, food and beverage, a gym, a boutique hotel and the fashion incubator. A rooftop bridge would connect them.

The design is built from three precast modules: a half arch, a solid block and a column. They are the building blocks of interior and exterior, and precasting them is meant to make construction faster. The clubhouse takes its language from brutalism. The modules would be left exposed, with an exterior of textured concrete.
